Who’s better to teach your baby to swim than the person they trust? YOU…!!! Learning to swim with DSA Lil’ Swimmers program can be one of the most rewarding early-childhood experiences.
At DSA, children learn to swim and also other skills, which results in competent, safe swimmers who will have a love of swimming and a skill base to develop further techniques.
Swimmers who have shown potential will be encouraged to join the DSA Swim Squad Programs. Training is given in endurance and sprint work with emphasis on stroke technique.
For those with specialized and well-developed skills, DSA’s advanced programs like synchronized swimming, triathlon and others have guidance from established international athletes.
Importance is placed more on the student gaining confidence about being in the water, being partially to fully submerged in the water and learning to do front and back floats.
This level marks the further development of basic swimming skills. The student learns to improve the freestyle and backstroke, along with the introduction of breathing techniques.
