D Swim Academy (DSA) continues its commitment to world-class swim education by sending members of its coaching team to the ASSA Spark National Conference, held in Gold Coast, Australia on August 25–27, 2026.
The conference brought together swim school operators, coaches, and industry leaders from across the region to share insights on the latest developments in aquatic education, coaching methodology, and swim school operations. For DSA’s coaching team, the event offered a valuable opportunity to engage directly with international best practices and connect with peers shaping the future of the swimming industry.
Throughout the three-day conference, DSA’s representatives took part in sessions covering emerging trends in swim instruction, safety standards, and program development, the themes that align closely with DSA’s own AUSTSWIM-accredited teaching framework. The experience reinforced DSA’s dedication to continuous learning and improvement across all its branches.
“Attending conferences like ASSA Spark allows our team to stay at the forefront of aquatic education,” said a DSA spokesperson. “The knowledge and connections gained in Gold Coast will help us keep raising the bar for our students across Malaysia.”
As DSA marks another year of growth and recognition within the aquatics industry, participation in international events such as this reflects the academy’s ongoing commitment to quality, safety, and excellence in swim instruction. DSA looks forward to bringing fresh ideas and renewed energy back to its branches nationwide, continuing its mission of building confident, competent, and safer swimmers.
